• 48 hour turn-around on titles run in all counties.
• Commitments and/or title opinions which are in lender's possession within 24 hours of search notes being provided to WT & S Title.
• Closing statements in realtor and lender hands the day before closing.
• Closings which begin at the scheduled start time.
• Final title policies which are in lender's possession within 15 days of closing.
• Same-day return phone calls with courteous, professional response.
• Regular solicitation of constructive feedback so we can improve service to customers.
