WT & S Title, LLC will provide lenders, realtors, mortgage brokers, and the buying and selling public the highest level of service, efficiency, and professionalism in the Southern Indiana/Louisville Market.
STRATEGY:

WT & S Title, LLC will strive to provide:

  • 48 hour turnaround on titles run in all counties.
  • Commitments and/or Title Opinions which are in lender's possession within 24 hours of search notes being provided to WT & S Title.
  • Closing statements in realtor and lender hands the day before closing.
  • Closing which begin at the scheduled start time.
  • Final title policies which are in lender's possession within 15 days of closing.
  • Same day return phone calls with courteous, professional response.
  • Regular solicitation of constructive feedback so we can improve service to customers.
